Honda RVF400. 1996.
A beautifully presented stunning RVF 400 / NC35, this bike was subject to a full restoration in 2012/13 by Simpson Superbikes, it was stripped down to its bare frame and rebuilt using top quality parts many of which were oem Honda and top quality alternatives where applicable for example Tyga RC211V bodywork painted by JLH race paint, Tyga rearsets, Roose motorsport coolant hoses, EBC pad, HEL brake lines...... the list goes on. The labour time invested on the rebuild bears no sense by comparison to the price it's on offer at.
The bike was rebuilt a tribute to TT legend machines ridden by John McGuinness, Cameron Donald and the late Simon Andrews etc. The attention to detail is not just skin deep, any inspection is welcomed.
Since being built the machine has spent the vast majority of its time forming part of a private collection the Isle of Man, always kept running/ serviced but other than odd trips for display has had very little use, the collector/owner considered it too nice to use. The mileage displayed is a modest 14,500KM so around 9,000miles, however since its rebuild it has covered less than 1000 miles!
If you are looking for a stunning RVF this machine would be difficult to resist and certainly could not be replicated without committing financial suicide!
The bike sounds awesome and rides superbly, guaranteed to excite and put a massive smile on any riders face. A major service was carried out by H&H motorcycles in May 2023 [£693] has remained unused since, a new battery has just been fitted. The tyres on the bike look like new but obviously are over 10 years old so if being bought to be ridden a new set would make sense.
The motorcycle is fully UK registered with new number plate and mot'd and comes with a a V5c and correct age related number plate. We are offering the bike for sale on behalf of its Manx owner at just £6950.... you won't find another!
