1955 Jaguar XK140 DHC
Often considered to be the most desirable of the XK range having the beauty of the 120 with extra space and mechanical upgrades, the DHC being the most practical to use having wind up windows and a well fitting soft top. This XK was supplied new by Henleys of Manchester and is presented in its stunning original colour combination of pearl grey with contrasting blue leather and hood. This 140 is a genuine UK right hand drive home market car and retains its original registration number RVR500. Presented to mainly original specification apart from upgraded brakes, electronic ignition, upgraded starter motor and an electric cooling fan simply to make it even more of a pleasure to drive in modern traffic conditions. The car presents beautifully and comes with a lot of invoices and paperwork confirming the condition and level of care it has been treated to over the years since a full restoration.. The car is an absolute gem to drive sounding glorious the overdrive manual gearbox has been recently rebuilt. .
